I love that feeling when you lie in bed and your body wakes up in that perfect moment.

Eyes open, new day, fresh morning.

Home. I am at home. I love my home.

When I am in Mexico I close my eyes and picture this scene that  happened this morning:

I am up. Warmth fills my heart as I hear my morning welcome from Pushkar, our dog. Her warbling cries of pleasure that someone else is awake as this means breakfast time!

Lemon tea in hand, I clip clop outside in my Dad’s enormous wellies, Pushkar whizzing past as we set off for her morning walk and my favourite and first blast of fresh morning air.

Birds, dew drops, the clean bright morning. My heaven. The countryside.

I took this photo on our (Pushkar and I) journey up the ‘well field’. I had recently finished my Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Course and when I saw this cluster of spiders webs and they reminded me of The Big Web, created by the 3 Forrest Teachers Jambo, Sandra and Charlie who I am eternally grateful to for their amazing words and guidance throughout the 27 day intensive course.

This messages is one we should all remember when we wake:

Weave your own web in life. The reality you see before you was created by yourself. If it does not suit you then it is time to make changes.

AHO.
